Discover the peace within! The simple and effective meditation techniques of Sahaja Yoga will allow you to master stress, improve your immune system, and achieve balance in every aspect of life. Ancient knowledge and practices have been adapted by Shri Mataji to modern day needs for people of all walks of life. This session is part of a series of three where we will meditate together and discover new knowledge each time.
At this time we offer three meditation sessions online via zoom (August 19, September 2 and 16). Our experienced instructors have been meditating for 40 years and teaching for 30.
